Overview

The XComPRO SECS driver is a communication driver that makes SECS*, a standard communication protocol between semiconductor and flat display equipment easier and easier to use.
In particular, it supports both SECS-I using RS-232C communication and HSMS using TCP/IP within a single control, so you can effectively respond to work environment change with the same control and usage as needed.
