XCom S/W Protection key

We use Xcom,and not use hardware Protection Key,
Equipment hard-disk exchanged,and often disconnect,
We foud log:[Proc:Alarm] Trial version timeout,
[Proc:Alarm] Protection Problem
It means we lost S/W Protection key?
How could I to fix the problem,thanks.

XCom products do not provide S/W licenses.
If you use XCom without a license, it will be recognized as a trial version and the connection will be disconnected after 4 hours.
If it is our XCom, please send us the product information confirmed through LicenseManager.
