1. Regarding XCom version 2.2.1.10, I would like to know which version I need to upgrade to in order to use USB interface. 2. What impact does upgrading XCom software have on our normal software (which already has the XCom control compiled into it), and do we need to recompile and upgrade? 3. Are there any requirements for hardware compatibility after upgrading, and is the upgrade done through a file installation package or CD or other methods? 4. For the HASP protection key that is connected to a printer port, is it possible to reuse it after it has been retrieved? I look forward to your answers, thank you.
This is Link Genesis support team.

1. Check if the HASP protection key connected to the printer port is recognized.
  a. Unzip the attached LicenseManager.zip
   b. Install the HASP driver with HASPUserSetup.exe
   c. Check with LicenseManager.exe if HASP protection key is recognized.
If your HASP protection key is recognized, you can use 2.2.1.10 as it is.
Install the HASP driver to recognize the HASP protection key.

2. HASP protection key has been discontinued, and only USB key is supplied.
You need to purchase a USB Key, but the minimum version that can recognize this USB Key is v2.4.3.15.
If you purchase a USB Key, we will send you the installation file.
v2.4.3.15 of later versions supports all APIs of the previous version, so there is no need to modify the software already written.

Thank you
