How to respond when the key is not recognized

1.Please check which type of key you are using first.
1) Sentinel SuperPro (Parellel, USB)
2) Sentinel HASP (Parellel, USB)
3) Sentinel HASP HL ​​Pro (USB)
4) Highteck Rockey (USB)

Failure to recognize Protection Key is as follows.
1) If the Key is not plugged in normally
2) If the Protection Driver is not installed (Sentinel HASP)
(Rockey is not applicable, No Driver)
3) USB / Parallel Port H / W is an error or
(Disabled in Device Manager, it may be caused by H / W problem.
Please check if it is recognized by plugging in another USB key or Parallel key.)
4) If the Protection Key is bad,
(If it is recognized as a Trial even if it is plugged into another normally recognized PC or laptop)

Use the procedure below to find the cause of the recognition error.
1) Check if the Protection Key is properly inserted. (Green No.1, Check No. 2,3 Red)
2) Check the Parallel Port / USB Port status and if the Protection Key works properly on another PC. r n3) If there is no problem with the key, reinstall HASP Driver. (Not applicable for Rockey)
4) Check whether the Protection Key is recognized in the log file after running XCom Sample.
