Trial Version works when Protection Key is plugged in

The reasons for not detecting the Protection Key are as follows.
1) If the Key is not plugged in normally
2) If the Protection Driver is not installed (Sentinel SuperPro or Sentinel HASP)
3) The USB / Parallel Port H / W is faulty or
(Disable in Device Manager, USB 2.0 Driver not installed in case of industrial PC, It may be caused by H / W problem.
Please check if it is recognized by inserting another USB key or Parallel key.)
4) If the Protectin Key is bad
(Key problem if Trial is recognized even when plugged into another normally recognized PC or laptop)
5) I purchased a Sentinel SuperPro Key and the installed XCom does not recognize the Sentinel SuperPro.
(previous XCom Setup files for 2010)
6) For XP, install SP2 or later.
1) Check whether the purchased Protection Key is Sentinel SuperPro or Sentinel HASP.
2) Check if the Protection Key is properly inserted.
3) OS update, USB / Parallel Port status and PC with different Protection Key. Check if it works properly
4) Run License Checker to check if the installed Protection Key driver is installed.
5) Check XCom version.
(Customers who have purchased Sentinel SuperPro Key are XCom versions released after 2010)

Notes for Sentinel SuperPro Key
XCom is recognized in driver version 7.5.1 or later Available. Please also check the version information of the installed driver.
