XCom is a SECS communication driver that supports SEMI standards SECS-I, SECS-II, and HSMS.
Supports both SECS-I and HSMS, and users can select SECS-I or H SMS communication method from
Configuration Tool.
Other usages are the same whether using SECS-I or H SMS.

How to set up.
1) Run the XCom Configuration tool
2) Select the Configuration tab.
3) Change the Communicatin setting in SECS to SECS-I.
4) SECS-I communication parameter information setting.
(Baud Rate, Comm.Port, Communication type, Data Bits, Parity, Stop Bits)
5) Save XCom Configuration file.
