Replace Protection Key


If you wish to replace your Protection Key, we will replace it for a fee as follows.
If you wish to replace your Protection Key, the following fees will be charged depending on the period of purchase and any problems with the Protection Key.

Within 3 months of purchase: Protection Key error free
No Protection Key error free
Purchase 3 years Protection Key error free
No Protection Key error 50,000 won / piece
Protection Key error after 3 years of purchase 50,000 won / piece
Protection Key error not ₩ 50,000 / piece

Payment of the replacement fee will be made in cash and an electronic tax invoice will be issued in the month of the replacement.

Otherwise, if the protection key is lost due to users negligence, You must purchase and
replacement of Parallel Type to USB Type or replacement of USB Type to Parallel Type by
PC replacement will require
replacement charges.
