The Proc: Delete log, as shown above,
when CloseSecsMsg () is not called for received messages. nThis is the log that XCom deletes and leaves Message after a certain time.
Note
You should check if CloseSecsMsg () is not called after LoadSecsMsg ().
However, the log will not affect the progress of the program.
