HSMS Socket bind error -10049 occurs when the set IP, Port is wrong.
XCom could not start because an error occurred at Socket Start because the IP and port that cannot be executed are set.
Notes
Many changes have been made by the operator.
Check the IP and Port settings in the cfg file.
