S9F9 Transaction Timer Out Message
The S9F9 Transaction Timer Out message is closely related to the T3 Reply Timeout parameter.
If you send a Primary message, you receive a Secondary message to confirm receipt of the message.
If you send a Primary message and do not receive a
Secondary (Reply) message for a certain time (T3 Reply Timeout setting time) XCom automatically sends S9F9 messages.
Unlike other Stream 9 series messages, S9F9 messages are not automatically used as an option in the Configuration Tool but are automatically sent.

If the Secondary message is not received within the time set by the T3 Timeout parameter.
