Log Types setting
XCom has 4 types of logs.
Alarm: Log alarm contents generated by XCom
Binary: Log communication contents not SECS-II message format when sending / receiving messages
Event: Other than alarm generated by XCom Log event information
SECS-II: Log sent / received SECS messages into SECS-II message format
